目的 通过检测子宫内膜癌,子宫内膜不典型增生,正常子宫内膜中的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Mammary serine proteaseinhibitor,Maspin),突变型P53基因的表达,以探索它们在子宫内膜癌发生、进展过程中的作用,给临床诊断、治疗及预后判断提供新的理论依据.方法 采用链霉菌素抗生物素-过氧化物酶法(S-P法)研究子宫内膜不典型增生20例、子宫内膜癌42例、同期正常子宫内膜15例中Maspin和P53的表达情况.结果1. Maspin在三组的阳性表达率分别为40.5%、55.0%和86.7%;P53在三组的阳性表达率分别为69.0%、40.0%和13.3%;2. Maspin与P53的蛋白表达呈负相关.3. Maspin蛋白的表达与患者肿瘤分化程度、手术-病理分期、肌层浸润深度相关,与淋巴结转移无关.结论 Maspin与P53均参与了子宫内膜癌的发生及发展过程且二者相互作用,相互影响.

Maspin在三組的暘性錶達率分彆為40.5%、55.0%和86.7%;P53在三組的暘性錶達率分彆為69.0%、40.0%和13.3%;2. Maspin與P53的蛋白錶達呈負相關.3. Maspin蛋白的錶達與患者腫瘤分化程度、手術-病理分期、肌層浸潤深度相關,與淋巴結轉移無關.結論 Maspin與P53均參與瞭子宮內膜癌的髮生及髮展過程且二者相互作用,相互影響.

Objective By detecting endometrial carcinoma, atypical endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrium in serine protease inhibitor of Maspin considerable serine proteaseinhibitor) and mutation type p53 gene expression and to explore them in endometrial cancer occurrence, development process, to clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis judgment provides new theoretical basis.Methods The Streptomyces) against biological biotin peroxidase method (S-P method) on endometrial atypical hyperplasia, the other 20 cases, 42 cases of endometrial carcinoma, compared with normal endometrium in 15 cases of Maspin and p53 expression.Results1 of maspin expression in three groups of rate was 40.5% and 55.0% and 86.7%; p53 in three groups, the positive expression rate was 69.0%, 40.0% and 13.3%; 2.Maspin and p53 protein expression was negatively correlated. 3 the expression of Maspin protein was correlated with tumor differentiation, operation and pathology stage and muscle invasion depth, and has no correlation with lymph node metastasis.Conclusion Maspin and P53 are involved in the development of endometrial cancer and the interaction of the two, the infl uence of the interaction.
