为明确在黄瓜穴盘育苗中海藻生根剂的施用方式,试验以黄瓜幼苗为试验材料,研究了叶喷和灌根两种施用方式对黄瓜幼苗形态生长和叶片叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:灌根处理对黄瓜幼苗形态建成、干鲜重以及根系形态生长均有显著的促进作用,其中,地上鲜重、干重、根长和根系表面积与对照相比分别增加191.7%、66.7%、46.7%和36.6%,叶片叶绿素含量与清水对照无显著性差异。在黄瓜穴盘育苗上,海藻生根剂叶喷施用效果不明显,灌根施用有利于培育黄瓜穴盘壮苗。

위명학재황과혈반육묘중해조생근제적시용방식,시험이황과유묘위시험재료,연구료협분화관근량충시용방식대황과유묘형태생장화협편협록소함량적영향。결과표명:관근처리대황과유묘형태건성、간선중이급근계형태생장균유현저적촉진작용,기중,지상선중、간중、근장화근계표면적여대조상비분별증가191.7%、66.7%、46.7%화36.6%,협편협록소함량여청수대조무현저성차이。재황과혈반육묘상,해조생근제협분시용효과불명현,관근시용유리우배육황과혈반장묘。
The aim of this study was to determine the application method of seaweed rooting agent in cucum-berplug-seedlings. Taking cucumber plug-seedlings as experimental materials,effects of pouring root and spra-ying leaf of seaweed rooting agent fertilizer on morphology growth and leaf chlorophyll content were measured. The results showed that the plant morphogenesis,dry weight,fresh weight and root morphology growth were significantly increased by pouring root treatment. Compared with control,the above-ground fresh weight,dry weight,root length and root surface-areaincreased 191. 7% ,66. 7% ,46. 7% and 36. 6% ,respectively. The leaf chlorophyll content of pouring root treatment was similar to water control. There was not significant differ-ence between spraying leaf treatment and water control. Therefore,the application method of pouring root was suitable for cultivating strong plug-seedlings of cucumber.
