"青海省地质勘查基金项目"(以下简称"省地勘基金项目")承担单位, 在项目实施过程中有效运行ISO9000质量管理体系, 是提高项目工作质量的唯一途径.只有高质量的项目, 才有良好的找矿成果; 只有良好的找矿成果, 才有利于实现《青海省找矿突破战略行动实施方案》之既定目标. 笔者从事"省地勘基金项目"管理工作多年, 根据自身经历及多次的野外实地调研结果, 剖析了目前"省地勘基金项目"承担单位在项目运行ISO9000 质量管理体中存在的问题, 并提出了针对性的建议, 有助于各承担单位提高项目工作质量.

The undertaking department of "Geological Prospecting Fund Project in Qinghai province" ( hereinafter re-ferred to as "Provincial Geological Prospecting Fund Project") , is effectively running the ISO9000 quality management system in the process of project implementation. This is the only way to improve the quality of the project. There is only high quality project that can have a good prospecting result. And this good prospecting result can help to achieve the established goals of Prospecting Breakthrough Strategy Action Plan of Qinghai prov-ince. The author is engaged in Geological Prospecting Fund Pro-ject Management for many years. He, who based on his own ex-periences and the result of many times of field research, analy-zes the current problems existing in running the ISO9000 quality management system, and puts forward the corresponding sugges-tion. These will help every undertaking department to improve the working quality.
