目的探讨还原性谷胱甘肽联合水飞蓟素治疗酒精性肝病的疗效.方法将60例酒精性肝病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例.两组均给予还原性谷胱甘肽0.4 g,3次/d;观察组在此基础上加用水飞蓟素胶囊口服治疗,两组均以3个月为1个疗程,治疗临床疗效、肝功能、血脂、药物不良反应.结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为53.33%,两组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组在改善患者临床症状、肝功能、血脂均优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05).结论还原性谷胱甘肽联合水飞蓟素可以改善肝功能、调节血脂代谢,疗效优于单用还原性谷胱甘肽单药治疗,且未见明显相关不良反应发生,具有较高的临床推广价值.
목적 탐토환원성곡광감태연합수비계소치료주정성간병적료효.방법 장60례주정성간병환자,수궤분위치료조화대조조,매조각30례.량조균급여환원성곡광감태0.4 g,3차/d;관찰조재차기출상가용수비계소효낭구복치료,량조균이3개월위1개료정,치료림상료효、간공능、혈지、약물불량반응.결과 치료조총유효솔위93.33%,대조조위53.33%,량조비교,차이구유현저성(P<0.05);관찰조재개선환자림상증상、간공능、혈지균우우대조조,차이구유현저성(P<0.05).결론 환원성곡광감태연합수비계소가이개선간공능、조절혈지대사,료효우우단용환원성곡광감태단약치료,차미견명현상관불량반응발생,구유교고적림상추엄개치.
Objective To investigate the efficacy an of Glutathione combined with silymarin in treatment of al-coholic liver disease(AFD). Methods A total of 60 patients with AFD were selected and divided randomly into two groups:a observer group and one control group. The observer group received Glutathione combined with silymarin(n=30) for 3 month, while the control group received Month(n=30) alone for the same duration, respectively. Results The levels of liver function indexes, clinical symptoms, blood lipids and adverse drug reactions before and after treat-ment were compared between groups. The levels of liver function indexes, clinical symptoms, blood lipids improved obviously after treatment(P<0.05). The response rates were 93.33% and 53.33% in treatment group and the control groups, respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups in improvement of clinical symptoms (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Glutathione combined with silymarin has a good treatment effect on alcohol-ic fatty liver without adverse reaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
