目的 探讨视频喉镜应用于气管插管术实验教学时对教学效果的影响.方法 选取2011级拟学习气管插管术的本科学生120名,随机等分为普通喉镜组(A组)和视频喉镜-普通喉镜组(B组),每组60人.A组学生采用国产普通喉镜和气管插管模型进行示教,B组学生先采用视频喉镜在模型上示教,然后再采用普通喉镜进行示教,记录每名学生4次气管插管所用的时间以及操作成功率.并采用匿名调查问卷的方式记录学生对教学效果的评价.结果 B组学生第一、二次气管插管操作所用时间较A组明显缩短,操作成功率较A组明显提高.B组学生对教学效果的评价明显好于A组.结论 视频喉镜应用于气管插管术的实验教学,可提高教学质量,获得学生更好的教学评价.

Objective To observe the teaching effect of video laryngoscope in endotracheal intubation experiment teaching. Methods One hundred and twenty undergraduate students of grade 2011 who planded to study tracheal intuba-tion were selected to the study. They were randomly divided into ordinary laryngoscope group (group A) and video laryngo-scope-ordinary laryngoscope group (group B), 60 people in each group. The students in group A used the home-made la-ryngoscopy and model to study tracheal intubation. The students in group B studied tracheal intubation with video laryngo-scope firstly, and then used the ordinary laryngoscope for learning. Recorded the tracheal intubation time and the success rate of operation. And recorded the evaluation of students on teaching effect with anonymous questionnaire. Results The first and second tracheal intubation times in group B were shorter than those in group A. And operation success rate was sig-nificantly higher than those in group A. Evaluation of the effect of teaching in group B was significantly better than that in group A. Conclusion The experimental teaching with video laryngoscope in endotracheal intubation can improve the quality of teaching, and get better teaching evaluation.
