目的 探讨胎儿Dandy-Walker畸形的超声诊断价值.方法 回顾分析超声诊断为Dandy-Walker畸形的13例胎儿的超声表现,并与MRI检查进行对照.结果 超声诊断的13例Dandy-Walk-er畸形中,3例为典型Dandy-Walker畸形,小脑蚓部完全缺如,与MRI检查结果一致.其余10例为变异型,小脑蚓部发育不全.MRI检查1例小脑蚓部发育正常;其余9例MRI证实为小脑蚓部发育不全.结论 超声对典型Dandy-Walker畸形诊断价值与MRI相同,可作为终止妊娠的依据.对变异型Dandy-Walker畸形的诊断,超声与MRI诊断符合率高,经乳突囟的冠状面对小脑蚓部检查成功率高,具有重要价值.

Objective To investigate the Dandy-Walker malformation fetus of method and value of ultrasonic diag-nosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of ultrasound diagnosis of Dandy-Walker sonographic findings of 13 cases of fe-tal malformation, and is compared with the results of MRI. Results The ultrasonic diagnosis of 13 cases of Dandy-Walk-er deformity, 3 cases of typical Dandy-Walker deformity, cerebellar vermis completely absent, consistent with the results of MRI. The remaining 10 cases of variant, cerebellar vermis hypoplasia. MRI results:1 case of cerebellar vermis was nor-mal;MRI confirmed the rest of the 9 cases of cerebellar vermis hypoplasia. Conclusion The ultrasound diagnostic value and the typical Dandy-Walker abnormalities MRI is same, can be used as the basis for termination of pregnancy. The di-agnosis of variant Dandy-Walker deformity, ultrasound and MRI diagnosis coincidence rate is high, the mastoid fonta-nelle coronary facing cerebellar vermis check the success rate is high, it has important value.
