本文收集并测定了花生、玉米、大豆和菜籽4个品种的原料、成品油和饼粕中重金属铅、铬、镉、砷和汞的含量，研究了生产过程中重金属的污染情况。结果表明：在原料不含重金属的情况下，成品油和粕中也有检出，说明生产的中间环节会产生重金属。
本文收集併測定瞭花生、玉米、大豆和菜籽4箇品種的原料、成品油和餅粕中重金屬鉛、鉻、鎘、砷和汞的含量，研究瞭生產過程中重金屬的汙染情況。結果錶明：在原料不含重金屬的情況下，成品油和粕中也有檢齣，說明生產的中間環節會產生重金屬。
본문수집병측정료화생、옥미、대두화채자4개품충적원료、성품유화병박중중금속연、락、력、신화홍적함량，연구료생산과정중중금속적오염정황。결과표명：재원료불함중금속적정황하，성품유화박중야유검출，설명생산적중간배절회산생중금속。
Raw material, refined oil an d oil cake of peanut, corn, soybean and rapeseed were collected, content of As, Pb, Cd andHg wasmeasured, respectively. Pollution of heavy metal during processing was studied. Result shows that heavy met-als were detected in the refined oil and oil cake in the case of raw materials containing no heavy metals. There was heavy metal pol-lution in the processing.
