目的 探讨姜黄素灌胃对糖尿病大鼠胃轻瘫的治疗作用.方法 将成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、糖尿病组、姜黄素治疗2周组与姜黄素治疗4周组.分别测量各组大鼠的血糖水平、食物胃残留率和小肠推进率.结果 糖尿病组与对照组相比,血糖水平和胃残留率明显升高(P<0.01);姜黄素治疗4周组与糖尿病组和姜黄素2周组相比,血糖水平和胃残留率均明显下降(P<0.05),姜黄素治疗2周组作用不明显(P>0.05);而各组之间小肠推进率无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 姜黄素灌胃具有减轻实验性糖尿病胃轻瘫作用.

목적 탐토강황소관위대당뇨병대서위경탄적치료작용.방법 장성년웅성SD대서수궤분위대조조、당뇨병조、강황소치료2주조여강황소치료4주조.분별측량각조대서적혈당수평、식물위잔류솔화소장추진솔.결과 당뇨병조여대조조상비,혈당수평화위잔류솔명현승고(P<0.01);강황소치료4주조여당뇨병조화강황소2주조상비,혈당수평화위잔류솔균명현하강(P<0.05),강황소치료2주조작용불명현(P>0.05);이각조지간소장추진솔무현저성차이(P>0.05).결론 강황소관위구유감경실험성당뇨병위경탄작용.
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of curcumin by lavage on the diabetic gastroparesis of rats, and provide the evidence for clinical application of curcumin to diabetic gastroparesis. Method Male SD rats were divid-ed into four groups randomly:Control group, diabetic group, diabetic group treated with 2 or 4 weeks of curcumin by la-vage. Blood glucose, gastric residual rate and motional rate of small intestine of the rats in each group are measured respec-tively. Results In diabetic group, the level of blood glucose and gastric residual rate were obviously increased compared with that in control group(P<0.01). Compared with diabetic group or curcumin treated for 2 weeks group, the level of blood glucose and gastric residual rate were obviously reduced in the group of curcumin treated for 4 weeks(P<0.05). There was no obvious effects in curcumin treated for 2 weeks group(P>0.05). The motional rate of small intestine of the rats in each group has no significance difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Curcumin can alleviate experimental diabetic gas-troparesis of rats.
