为了获得对新疆苹果树腐烂病(Cytospora spp.)有较好拮抗作用的生防菌株.采用组织分离法和平板对峙法筛选得到拮抗效果较好的菌株.通过形态学、生理生化特性及分子生物学方法确定生防菌株的分类地位.最终筛选得到对病菌拮抗效果达到87%的拮抗菌株 xj019.菌株 xj019的最佳培养时间为24 h,最适 pH 值为7.结合形态学特征、生理生化特征和16S rDNA 序列分析将菌株 xj019鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis ).所获得的拮抗菌株 xj019对苹果树腐烂病菌的生物防治具有潜在的应用价值.

In order to obtain biological control strains,which have better antagnictic functions for Cyto-spora spp.in Xinjiang,the tissure isolation and flat controntation culture method were used to screen the biocontrol agents.The biocontrol agents were indentified according to the morphological and phisiological characteristics and molecular and biological method.Finally antagonitic bacterials strain xj01 9 were found. The eptimum incubation time was 24 h for strains,optimum pH was 7.The strain xj01 9 was identified as Bacillus subtilis .The antagonistic strains xj019 obtained were of great value in biological control of apple canker.
