为解决老龄化社会高龄、病残、失智、失能老年人持续的医疗护理及长期的生活照料问题，我院利用政策创新，依托医院创办养老院，实现医养融合，为失智、失能老人提供托老、诊疗、护理、康复、临终关怀为一体的长期照护服务，可以改善失智、失能老人的生活质量，减轻家属经济和精神负担。

In order to solve the problem of continuous treatment and nursing and long‐term daily care of aged ,invalidism ,dementia and disability elders in aging society our hospital established a nursing home utilizing policy innovation and relying on hospital and real‐ized medicine‐pension fusion to provide integrated long‐term care service of pension ,diagnosis and treat‐ment ,nursing ,rehabilitation and palliative care for dementia and disability elders ,improve their quality of life ,and relieve family economic and mental burden .
