目的：了解住院老年心血管疾病患者焦虑抑郁状况，为临床干预提供依据。方法对56例住院老年心血管疾病患者采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表进行测评分析，并将结果与国内常模进行比较。结果本组患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均显著高于国内常模（ P＜0．01）；焦虑情绪检出率为28．6％，抑郁情绪检出率为46．4％。结论住院老年心血管疾病患者普遍存在焦虑、抑郁情绪，应对其予以有针对性的心理干预。

Objective To survey the anxiety‐depression status in hospitalized se‐nile patients with cardiovascular diseases (CD) in order to provide basis for clini‐cal intervention .Methods Assessments were carried out with the Self‐rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self‐rating Depression Scale (SDS) in 56 hospitalized senile patients with CD and assessment results com‐pared with national norm .Results The SAS and SDS score of the patients were significantly higher com‐pared with national norm (P<0 .01);the detection rate of anxious emotion was 28 .6% and that of depres‐sive 46 .4% .Conclusion Hospitalized senile patients with CD have anxious and depressive emotion gener‐ally ,to them purposeful psychological intervention should be given .
