目的：探讨乳果糖联合聚乙二醇电解质对结肠镜检查前老年慢性便秘患者的清肠效果及安全性。方法将180例老年慢性便秘患者随机分为两组，每组90例。两组患者均在内镜检查前8h，服用聚乙二醇电解质散剂等渗溶液，实验组在此基础上于检查前1d加服乳果糖口服液。应用波士顿肠道准备量表评估两组患者的肠道清洁度，并记录不良反应。结果实验组肠道清洁度主要为2级—4级，其中3级最多（43．3％），对照组肠道清洁度主要为1级—3级，其中2级最多（47．8％）。实验组肠道清洁度显著优于对照组（χ2＝15．25，P＜0．01）；实验组恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀发生率均低于对照组，其中呕吐发生率差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。结论乳果糖联合聚乙二醇电解质可显著提高老年慢性便秘患者结肠镜检查前的肠道清洁度，减少呕吐、腹痛等不良反应的发生，是一种安全、有效的肠道准备方法。

목적：탐토유과당연합취을이순전해질대결장경검사전노년만성편비환자적청장효과급안전성。방법장180례노년만성편비환자수궤분위량조，매조90례。량조환자균재내경검사전8h，복용취을이순전해질산제등삼용액，실험조재차기출상우검사전1d가복유과당구복액。응용파사돈장도준비량표평고량조환자적장도청길도，병기록불량반응。결과실험조장도청길도주요위2급—4급，기중3급최다（43．3％），대조조장도청길도주요위1급—3급，기중2급최다（47．8％）。실험조장도청길도현저우우대조조（χ2＝15．25，P＜0．01）；실험조악심、구토、복통、복창발생솔균저우대조조，기중구토발생솔차이유현저성（P＜0．05）。결론유과당연합취을이순전해질가현저제고노년만성편비환자결장경검사전적장도청길도，감소구토、복통등불량반응적발생，시일충안전、유효적장도준비방법。
Objective To explore cleaning enema result and safety of lactulose in combination with poly‐ethylene glycol for elderly patients with chronic constipation (CC) before colonoscopy .Methods A total of 180 elderly CC patients were randomly divided into two groups of 90 ones each .Both groups took mac‐rogol electrolytes powder isotonic solution in the 8th hour before endoscopy and experimental group was plus lactulose oral solution in the day before examination .Intestinal cleaning degrees were assessed with the Boston bowel preparation scale (BBPS) and adverse reactions recorded .Results Intestinal cleaning de‐grees of experimental group were from level 2 to 4 and level 3 was the most (43 .3% ) ,intestinal cleaning degrees of control group were from level 1 to 3 and level 2 was the most (47 .8% ) .Those better in experi‐mental than in control group (χ2 =15 .25 , P<0 .01);the incidences of nausea ,vomiting ,abdominal pain and abdominal distention were lower in experimental than in control group ,that of vomiting was signifi‐cantly lower (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Lactulose in combination with polyethylene glycol for elderly pa‐tients with CC could notably boost pre‐colonoscopy intestinal cleaning degrees and reduce the development of such adverse reactions as vomiting and abdominal pain ,is a safe and effective bowel preparation meth‐od .
