目的：探讨低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗精神分裂症顽固性幻听的临床疗效及安全性。方法将50例精神分裂症顽固性幻听患者随机分为两组，均维持原治疗方案不变，在此基础上A组给予低频重复经颅磁刺激，B组给予伪刺激，观察4周。于治疗前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表、副反应量表评定临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后两组阳性与阴性症状量表总分及阳性症状、精神病理因子分和幻听条目分均较治疗前显著降低（ P＜0．05或0．01），A组显著低于B组（P＜0．01）；两组阴性症状因子分均无显著变化（P＞0．05）。首次治疗时两组不良反应表现为头皮麻木、轻微头痛，可自行缓解。结论低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗精神分裂症顽固性幻听疗效显著，安全性高。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of low frequency repetitive transcrinail magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in schizophrenia with refractory auditory hallucination .Methods Fifty schizophrenics with refractory auditory hallucination were randomly assigned to two groups ,both groups maintained orig‐inal treatment ,on this basis low frequency rTMSs were given to group A and pseudo‐stimulations to con‐trol group for 4 weeks .Efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) before and after treatment . Results After treatment the total ,positive symptom ,psychotic and auditory hallucination scores of the PANSS of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) ,so did those in group A than in B (P<0 .01);negative symptoms scores of both groups had no significant chan‐ges (P>0 .05) .Adverse reactions of both groups in first treatment were scalp numbness and light headed‐ness and could spontaneously remitted .Conclusion Low frequency rTMS has an evident effect and higher safety in refractory auditory hallucination of schizophrenia .
