This paper introduces the State Bureau of Surveying and mapping geographic information of geo spatial framework of the construction of digital cities content and requirement,at the same time, the paper describes the principle of CORS system,then from geo spatial framework of the benchmark construction,geographic information data collection,like the geoid three aspects,the application of CORS in geo spatial framework of the construction of digital cities were summarized.
