目的：了解老年精神科外出会诊状况。方法对老年精神科外出会诊的64例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组精神科外出会诊以公立医院为主，请会诊科室以神经内科居多（29．7％），会诊患者涉及多系统疾病；会诊诊断以谵妄（46．9％）、脑器质性精神障碍（31．3％）居多，会诊处理方式包括药物治疗和心理治疗，以药物治疗为主。结论老年精神科外出会诊患者病情复杂，病种繁多，精神科联络会诊有助于满足综合医院住院患者的精神卫生服务需求，有利于疾病的诊断与治疗。
목적：료해노년정신과외출회진상황。방법대노년정신과외출회진적64례환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과본조정신과외출회진이공립의원위주，청회진과실이신경내과거다（29．7％），회진환자섭급다계통질병；회진진단이섬망（46．9％）、뇌기질성정신장애（31．3％）거다，회진처리방식포괄약물치료화심리치료，이약물치료위주。결론노년정신과외출회진환자병정복잡，병충번다，정신과련락회진유조우만족종합의원주원환자적정신위생복무수구，유리우질병적진단여치료。
Objective To investigate the out‐hospital geropsychiatric consultation status .Methods Clinical data of patients w ho receiving geropsychiatric consulta‐tion were retrospectively analyzed .Results Hospitals inviting consultation were mainly public ones , departments inviting consultation ones of neurology (29 .7% ) ,patients receiving consultation were involved in multisystem diseases ;consultation diagnoses were mainly delirium (46 .9% ) and brain organic mental disorder (31 .3% ) ,consultation treatment meth‐ods comprised pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy ,pharmacotherapy was main treatment method .Con‐clusion Patient's conditions of patients received geropsychiatric consultation are complex and disease enti‐ties various ,consultation liaison psychiatry is conduce to the satisfaction of inpatients ’ mental health serv‐ice needs and is in favour of diseases’ diagnosis and treatment .
