通过出租人对选定租赁物件进行融资购买将物件长期出租给承租人融资租赁结合了金融、贸易和服务。在国外，融资租赁已经成为重要的资金供应渠道，被称为新经济的促进者。近年来，我国融资租赁业进步很大，机构体系不断健全，资产经营质量明显提高。在分析滨海融资租赁业与宏观经济效应，以及国内融资租赁行业发展现状基础上，实证分析滨海融资租赁业与固定资产投资及GDP的关系，并提出政策建议。
