目的：探讨社区工娱疗对轻中度阿尔茨海默病患者心理健康及生活质量的影响。方法将90例阿尔茨海默病患者随机分为两组，研究组予以社区工娱治疗，对照组不参加任何社区工娱治疗。观察3个月。于治疗前及治疗3个月采用简易精神状态评价量表、日常生活活动能力量表及症状自评量表评定干预效果。结果治疗后两组简易精神状态评价量表评分较治疗前显著升高（P＜0．05或0．01），研究组显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）；研究组日常生活活动能力量表和症状自评量表评分较治疗前显著降低（P＜0．05或0．01），对照组无显著变化（P＞0．05），研究组显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）；治疗前后两组症状自评量表评分显著高于常模（P＜0．05或0．01）。结论社区工娱治疗能显著改善阿尔茨海默病患者的认知状况及日常生活能力，提高患者的心理健康水平及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of community occupational and recreational therapy (ORT ) on mental health and quality of life of mild‐to‐moderate Alzheimer’s disease (AD) patients .Methods Ninety AD patients were randomly divided into two groups ,intervention received community ORT ,and control group didn’t participate in any community ORT .They were observed for 3 months .Intervention results were assessed with the Mini‐Mental State Examination (MMSE) ,Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL ) and Symptom Checklist‐90 (SCL‐90) before and after treatment .Results After treatment the MMSE scores of both groups heightened more significantly compared with pretreatment (P< 0 .05 or 0 .01) ,so did that in research than in control group (P<0 .01);the ADL and SCL‐90 score lowered more significant‐ly in research group (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) ,had no significant changes in control group (P>0 .05) ,and were significantly lower in research than in control group (P<0 .01);pre‐and post‐treatment SCL‐90 scores of both groups were significantly higher compared with norm ( P<0 .05 or 0 .01) .Conclusion Community PRT could notably improve cognitive status and activity of daily life of AD patients and boost patients ’ mental health levels and quality of life .
