本文设计了一种电子主板测试设备用压棒的自动定位装置.通过条码扫描,LED指示,自动定位测试点,本装置可实现电子主板在换线时的压棒自动定位.具有换线时间短,定位准确等优势,能够避免人工调试时出现的定位错误,主板过应力受损等问题的发生.

This paper presents an automatic positioning device with pressure bar for electronic board test equipment. The device automatically locates the test points through barcode scanning and LED indication. The device can achieve automatic positioning of pressure bar, when the electronic board exchanges line. It is of advantage to shorting the changeover time and positioning accurately. It can avoid manual positioning error when debugging, and board over-stress damage and other problems.
