材料牌号为TP2的紫铜波纹管在售后使用一段时间后,出现多处波纹开裂的现象.本文使用形貌分析、成分分析及金相分析等先进的分析技术分别对裂纹断口的化学成分、微观形貌、金相组织进行检验和分析.分析表明:铜管原材料的氧元素含量偏高及不合适的还原性退火工艺是导致波纹管氢脆开裂的主要原因.本文研究成果对紫铜波纹管的选材及制定紫铜波纹管退火工艺具有一定指导意义.

A red copper corrugated pipe of TP2 fractured after a period of time in the after-sale. In order to find out the fracture cause, the fracture morphology, the chemical composition and the metallographic structure were carried out by morphology analysis, constituent analysis and metallographic analysis. The results show that the main cause of the hyduogen embritlement fracture is high oxygen content of material and the improper reduction anneal process. The re-search result can be given as an effective direction for material selection and anneal process formulation of red copper corrugated pipe.
