目的:了解大学生人际关系、应对方式与自我和谐的关系,为高校心理健康教育提供依据。方法对137名大学生采用人际关系综合诊断量表、应对方式问卷及自我和谐量表进行测评分析。结果不同性别、年级、专业类别大学生人际关系综合诊断量表、应对方式问卷及自我和谐量表评分比较差异有显著性( P<0.05或0.01);大学生自我和谐量表总分与人际关系综合诊断量表评分及应对方式问卷的自责、幻想、退避、合理化因子分呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与解决问题、求助因子分呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。回归分析显示:人际关系综合诊断量表总分及应对方式问卷的自责、解决问题、合理化、幻想、退避、求助因子分和年级对自我和谐量表总分有较好的预测作用。结论大学生人际关系、应对方式与自我和谐的相关度较高,良好的人际交往能力及积极灵活的应对方式可促进自我和谐,提高心理健康水平。

Objective To explore the relationship among interpersonal relationship ,coping style and self consistency and congruence in college students in order to provide basis for students’ mental health educa‐tion .Methods Assessments were carried out with the Interpersonal Relationship Assessment Scale (IRAS) ,Coping Style Questionnaires (CSQ) and Self consistency and Congruence Scale (SCCS) in 137 college students .Results There were significant differences in the IRAS ,CSQ and SCCS score among college students with different genders ,grades and specialities (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) .Their total scores of the SCCS were positively related to the IRAS score as well as self‐blame ,illusion ,avoidance and rationali‐zation of the CSQ significantly (P<0 .01) and negatively to problem solving and resort (P<0 .01) .Re‐gression analysis showed that the total score of the IRAS ,the self‐blame ,problem solving ,rationaliza‐tion ,illusion ,avoidance and resort score of the CSQ as well as grades had better predictive action in the total score of the SCCS .Conclusion Association among interpersonal relationship ,coping style and self consistency and congruence in college students is higher ,favourable interpersonal communication ability and flexible coping styles could promote self consistency and congruence and improve mental health level .
