目的：探讨父母文化程度及管理方式对首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响。方法对90例首发精神分裂症患者随访1 a ，统计服药依从性，并比较父母不同文化程度及管理方式的患者服药依从性的差异。结果本组患者维持治疗率为64．4％。父母不同文化程度及管理方式的患者服药依从性比较差异有极显著性（P＜0．01）；不同文化程度父母管理方式比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。结论父母的文化程度及管理方式对首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性有明显影响。
목적：탐토부모문화정도급관리방식대수발정신분렬증환자복약의종성적영향。방법대90례수발정신분렬증환자수방1 a ，통계복약의종성，병비교부모불동문화정도급관리방식적환자복약의종성적차이。결과본조환자유지치료솔위64．4％。부모불동문화정도급관리방식적환자복약의종성비교차이유겁현저성（P＜0．01）；불동문화정도부모관리방식비교차이유현저성（P＜0．05）。결론부모적문화정도급관리방식대수발정신분렬증환자복약의종성유명현영향。
Objectives To explore the influences of parents'educational levels and management styles on drug compliance of first‐episode schizophrenia patients .Methods Ninety first‐epi‐sode schizophrenics were followed up for 1 year ,drug compliances added up ,and drug compliances differ‐ences compared among patients whose parents had different educational levels and management styles .Re‐sults Maintenance therapy rate of the patients was 64 .4% .There were significant difference in drug com‐pliance among patients w hose parents had different educational levels and management styles ( P<0 .01 ) and in management style of parents with different education levels (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Parents'edu‐cational levels and management styles had a significant influence on drug compliance of first‐episode schizo‐phrenia patients .
