目的：探讨帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法对70例精神分裂症患者应用帕利哌酮缓释片治疗，观察6周。治疗前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果本组患者治疗第2周末起阳性与阴性症状量表总分及各因子分均较治疗前显著下降（ P＜0．01），治疗6周末痊愈率为61．4％，总有效率达87．1％。治疗过程中患者不良反应轻微，发生率较低，主要表现为锥体外系反应、便秘、失眠等。结论帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症疗效显著，起效快，不良反应轻微，安全性高。
목적：탐토파리고동완석편치료정신분렬증환자적림상료효화안전성。방법대70례정신분렬증환자응용파리고동완석편치료，관찰6주。치료전후채용양성여음성증상량표평정림상료효，부반응량표평정불량반응。결과본조환자치료제2주말기양성여음성증상량표총분급각인자분균교치료전현저하강（ P＜0．01），치료6주말전유솔위61．4％，총유효솔체87．1％。치료과정중환자불량반응경미，발생솔교저，주요표현위추체외계반응、편비、실면등。결론파리고동완석편치료정신분렬증료효현저，기효쾌，불량반응경미，안전성고。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of paliperidone extended release (paliperidone ER) tablets in treatment of schizophrenia .Methods Seventy schizophrenics were treated with paliperidone ER for 6 weeks .Before and after treatment efficacies were assessed with the Pos‐itive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) .Results Since the end of the 2nd week their total and each factor score of the PANSS low‐ered more significantly compared with pretreatment (P<0 .01) ,at the end of the 6th week cure and total effective rate were respectively 61 .4% and 87 .1% .Adverse reactions during treatment were mild ,their incidences lower ,they mainly extrapyramidal side effects ,constipation ,insomnia and so on .Conclusion Paliperidone extended release tablets have an evident effect ,takes effect more rapidly ,and have mild ad‐verse reactions and higher safety in schizophrenia .
