本文介绍了通过在滚动转子式压缩机上合理布置传感器等检测装置,实时检测压缩机内部的压力信号数据,并利用所搭建的压缩机状态监测系统同步采集到各测点信号数据,计算后得到压缩机PV示功图.最后,通过计算可得到压缩机各部分损失功率以及压缩机效率等重要实验数据.该实验数据实际反映了压缩机内部运转规律及热力学变化情况,可应用于压缩机新产品的设计开发,并为改进压缩机结构设计及其优化,提高压缩机效率,提供了强大的数据支持.

This paper describes a method to dispose the sensor in a reasonable way in rotary compressor and collect the signal data in real time by the rotary compressor condition monitoring system. Finally, we obtained the PV diagram of rotary compressor. The condition monitoring system also can calculate the compressor power of loss departmental and efficiency of the compressor. These experiment data reflect the periodic rule and thermodynamics changing inside of the compressor. It can further apply to the design of new product for the compressor and improve on the design of compressor configuration. Besides, it can provide abundant experiment data sustain to improve the compressor effi-ciency.
