针对某导弹伺服系统气动解锁机构,该机构用于导弹舵面的锁定与解锁,采用高压气源装置和压力采集技术建立一套测试系统,该系统通过PXI技术与LabWindows/CVI编程语言实现,完成气动解锁机构的性能测试与评估,实现了气源压力与解锁状态同步测试功能,文中详细介绍了系统组成、测试原理和软件组成。实验证明,该系统工作良好,具有一定创新性,已运用于产品研制中,提高了产品测试性和产品测试效率。
