本文针对我国火焰加工的能源结构状况,提出对液化石油气钎焊设备进行相应的技术改造, 实现用天然气代替液化石油气.实践表明, 天然气代替液化石油气,其技术改造成本低,简便易行,工人作业的安全性和钎焊质量与液化石油气相当,但价格远低于液化石油气.

According to the energy structure situation of flame machining in China, this paper puts forward the corre-sponding technique transformation for the brazing equipment using liquefied petroleum gas. It realizes using the natural gas instead of liquefied petroleum gas. The practice shows this technique has the characteristics of low cost and conve-nient operation. The personal safety and brazing quality is as good as using the liquefied petroleum gas, and the price is lower than it.
