目前市面上蓄热材料,蓄热换热器种类繁多、形态各异,且蓄热化霜应用于空调领域是一大趋势.本文根据材料的性质、换热器形式,对几种蓄热材料、蓄热换热器进行对比测试验证,对比其优缺点,为开发连续制热功能空调提供蓄热方面参考.实验表明,采用膨胀石墨/石蜡复合相变蓄热材料、微通道换热器的蓄热装置在实际中可行性最大.

There is a wide variety of thermal storage materials and heat exchangers in the market; and thermal storage air-condition defrost application would be a trend. Based on the quality of the material and the form of heat exchanger, this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of materials and heat exchangers, and pro-vides the reference for continuous-heat air-condition. Experimental results show that the thermal storage device which uses expanded graphite/paraffin composite phase change thermal storage materials and micro-channel heat exchanger would present an eminent performance.
