In the process of software development, there are often some problems such as the software quality is low, schedule is hard to control and software is dififcult to maintain. This paper states software project management process of Guangdong Unicom and analyzes the valid quality management and control during the software life cycle. This process guarantees the software quality, improves the software wel and has obtained good results.
