本文主要针对空调器导风机构用步进电机摩擦机构失效问题,从分析步进电机牵入力矩和摩擦力矩之间的关系,结合步进电机摩擦机构作用的机理,来研究步进电机牵入力矩及摩擦力矩大小对摩擦机构失效的影响.通过分析、实验,发现步进电机牵入力矩及摩擦力矩的大小影响摩擦机构的可靠性.通过对步进电机牵入力矩和摩擦力矩之间的合理设计来提高步进电机的可靠性.

This paper mainly introduces the invalidation problem of air-conditioner's wind mechanism used step-ping motor's friction mechanism. Through the analysis on the relationship between motor pull-in torque and friction torque, and combined with the principle of friction mechanism of stepping motor; this paper analyzes the effect of the motor pull-in torque and the friction torque on the failure of friction mechanism. Based on the analysis and the experi-ment, it found that the motor pull-in torque and the friction torque will influence the reliability of friction mechanism. It puts forwards that through the reasonable design of stepping motor pull-in torque and friction torque, the reliability of stepping motor can be improved.
