为验证矮膜苞芹的降血糖作用,建立四氧嘧啶诱导的昆明小鼠糖尿病模型,将50只小鼠分为正常对照组(等容蒸馏水)、模型组(等容蒸馏水)、二甲双胍组(200 mg/kg)与矮膜苞芹低剂量组(10 g/kg)、高剂量组(20 g/kg),每组10只.灌胃给药,每天1次,连续21 d.每天记录小鼠进食量及饮水量,每周称体重1次,分别于第7天、第14天、第21天测定小鼠血糖值.结果表明,与正常对照组相比,模型组小鼠血糖值显著升高(P <0.01);与模型组相比,矮膜苞芹具有明显降低糖尿病小鼠血糖的作用(P <0.05或 P <0.01),并存在一定的剂量依赖关系,且矮膜苞芹具有促进糖尿病小鼠体重恢复及缓解糖尿病小鼠多饮、多食症状的作用.
為驗證矮膜苞芹的降血糖作用,建立四氧嘧啶誘導的昆明小鼠糖尿病模型,將50隻小鼠分為正常對照組(等容蒸餾水)、模型組(等容蒸餾水)、二甲雙胍組(200 mg/kg)與矮膜苞芹低劑量組(10 g/kg)、高劑量組(20 g/kg),每組10隻.灌胃給藥,每天1次,連續21 d.每天記錄小鼠進食量及飲水量,每週稱體重1次,分彆于第7天、第14天、第21天測定小鼠血糖值.結果錶明,與正常對照組相比,模型組小鼠血糖值顯著升高(P <0.01);與模型組相比,矮膜苞芹具有明顯降低糖尿病小鼠血糖的作用(P <0.05或 P <0.01),併存在一定的劑量依賴關繫,且矮膜苞芹具有促進糖尿病小鼠體重恢複及緩解糖尿病小鼠多飲、多食癥狀的作用.
위험증왜막포근적강혈당작용,건립사양밀정유도적곤명소서당뇨병모형,장50지소서분위정상대조조(등용증류수)、모형조(등용증류수)、이갑쌍고조(200 mg/kg)여왜막포근저제량조(10 g/kg)、고제량조(20 g/kg),매조10지.관위급약,매천1차,련속21 d.매천기록소서진식량급음수량,매주칭체중1차,분별우제7천、제14천、제21천측정소서혈당치.결과표명,여정상대조조상비,모형조소서혈당치현저승고(P <0.01);여모형조상비,왜막포근구유명현강저당뇨병소서혈당적작용(P <0.05혹 P <0.01),병존재일정적제량의뢰관계,차왜막포근구유촉진당뇨병소서체중회복급완해당뇨병소서다음、다식증상적작용.
The diabetic mice model was induced by alloxan,then 50 mice were divided into normal control group (constant volume of distilled water),model group (constant volume of distilled water),metformin group (200 mg/kg),H ymenoleana nana low-dose and high-dose groups (10 g/kg,20 g/kg),each group for 10 mice.Mice were given relevant medicine intragastrically once a day for consecutive 21 days.Food-intake and water-intake were recorded everyday,and body weight was recorded weekly.Blood glucose was meas-ured on the 7th,14th,and 21st intragastrically.Compared with normal control group,the blood glucose of mice in model group was increased significantly (P <0.01).Compared with model group,H ymenoleana na-na potently decreased the blood glucose (P <0.05 or P < 0.01)in a dose-dependent manner.Furthermore, H ymenoleana nana could increase the body weight of diabetic mice and alleviate polydipsia and polyphagia of diabetic mice.
