基于绩效保障(PBL)模式,针对装备可修部件售后服务设计了一个由备件仓库和维修车间组成的闭环保障系统,推导了备件库存水平的稳态概率分布和系统可用度指标,建立了装备用户和保障服务供应商决策模型,并提出了一种量子遗传算法(QGA)对装备可修部件售后保障策略进行数值分析。
基于績效保障(PBL)模式,針對裝備可脩部件售後服務設計瞭一箇由備件倉庫和維脩車間組成的閉環保障繫統,推導瞭備件庫存水平的穩態概率分佈和繫統可用度指標,建立瞭裝備用戶和保障服務供應商決策模型,併提齣瞭一種量子遺傳算法(QGA)對裝備可脩部件售後保障策略進行數值分析。

This paper proposes a closed-loop equipment support system which is consisted of a spare parts warehouse and a repair workshop based on Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) pattern. The steady-state probability distributions of spare part inventory level and the availability are derived. The decision-making model for the equipment user and the ser-vice provider is established and a Quantum Genetic Algorithm(QGA)is proposed. The policies on after-sale support for equipment repairable parts are discussed by numerical experiments.
