In this paper , in connection with automotive products sample's rapid trial production , described a rapid prototype technology method . Considering short automotive trial product development cycle and low cost , this paper highlights the rapid digital prototype technolo-gy without casting precision molding technology , three-dimensional laser cutting and rapid re welding system configurations , providing some technical reference for automotive products metal sample fast trial .
