以高灰熔融温度淮南煤(朱集西煤和谢桥煤)为研究对象,在弱还原性气氛下,分析两种煤在不同温度下制得渣样的表观形态、微观形貌和晶体矿物组成的变化.结果表明:淮南煤气化渣样在1 300℃、1 500℃下具有一定粘结性,渣样中有非晶态的共熔物生成,晶体矿物随着温度的升高逐渐转变为莫来石.

Taking the high ash-fusion temperature Huainan coal (from Zhujixi and Xieqiao coalmines) as the subject investigated, under a weak reducing atmosphere analyzed cinder samples apparent configuration, micromorphology and crystalline mineral composition changes of two kinds of coal under different temperatures. The result has shown that Huainan coal gasification cinder samples have cer-tain caking property under temperature 1 300℃and 1 500℃, and some amorphous eutectics in cinder samples. Along with tempera-ture rising, crystalline minerals have gradually transformed into mullite.
