目的 观察丙烯酰胺(Acrylamide,ACR)对雄性大鼠一般神经行为和血清中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase, SOD)活性的影响.方法 选用Wistar雄性大鼠18只随机分成ACR组和对照组,ACR组以1ml/100g的剂量每天腹腔注射ACR,对照组给予等量生理盐水.连续注射11天,每天称重,每隔三天监测大鼠的甩尾反射和步态评分.于第12天处死大鼠,进行血清T-SOD活性检测.结果 与对照组相比,ACR组大鼠甩尾时间显著降低(P<0.05),步态评分显著升高(P<0.001),血清中T-SOD活性降低(P<0.001),差异有统计学意义.结论 ACR能引起大鼠神经行为功能的改变,同时降低了大鼠的抗氧化能力.

Objective To explore the effect of acrylamide on general neurobehavior and T-SOD activity in serum of male rats. MethodsEighteen male rats were randomly divided into 2 Groups: ACR exposed group(1ml/100g) and control group. Injection of 11 days in a row, weighing every day, every three days monitoring rats tail reflection time and gait scores.Rats were put to death in the 12 th day, then detect T-SOD activity in serum.ResultsIn comparison with control,there were significant differences in neurobehavioral indexes, rats tail reflection time(P<0.05), gait score(P<0.001), T-SODactivity(P<0.001). Conclusion:Acrylamide may affect crylamide of rats and decrease antioxidant capacity.
