归纳了近年来多粘类芽孢杆菌多糖在农业、医药、环境、食品以及矿物加工等多方面的应用，总结了该类多糖在发酵、提取分离、结构鉴定、理化性质和生物毒性方面的研究状况，指出该类多糖在生物防治作用机理研究中存在的不足。

This paper summarizes the recent-year application of Paenibacillus polymyxa polysaccharide in such fields as agriculture,medicine,environment,food and mineral processing and the present situation of the polysaccharide research in terms of fermentation,extraction,structural identification,physical and chemical prop-erties and biological toxicity,and also points out that there is a deficiency of research on the polysaccharide’s bi-ological control mechanism.
