从甘蓝转育球茎甘蓝雄性不育系,两者亲和性好,F1代中间体开始各世代100%不育,用球茎甘蓝自交不亲和系连续回交至 BC5代植株性状与球茎甘蓝相似。利用所转育的不育系配制的球茎甘蓝杂交种与相应的自交不亲和系配制的杂交种相比产量、抗性有更大的杂种优势,能大幅度提高繁种产量,但品质略有下降。

An F1 intermediate was obtained by crossing a cabbage male sterile line with a kohlrabi self in-compatibility line because of their good compatibility,and its plants with complete sterility were continually back-crossed with the the kohlrabi self-incompatibility line for 5 generations,thus obtaining the male sterile line‘PX10-3’having the same plant characters of kohlrabi.In yield and adverse resistance the hybrid gained by u-sing ‘PX10-3’had a greater heterosis than that by using a self-incompatibility line and could largely improve the yield of seed propagation though the quality declined slightly.
