从上海及周边地区的香菇子实体和培养料中分离污染真菌,并进行形态学观察和分子生物学鉴定。提取菌株基因组 DNA,利用真菌通用引物 ITS1和 ITS4扩增菌株 rDNA ITS 区序列,测序后在数据库中进行比对分析,并利用软件 MEGA5构建菌株分子系统发育树。结果表明:香菇栽培到储藏过程中主要污染真菌有木霉属(Trichoderma)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、附球菌属(Epicoccum)、镰孢属(Fusarium)、青霉属(Penicillium)和节菱孢属(Arthrinium)等。
從上海及週邊地區的香菇子實體和培養料中分離汙染真菌,併進行形態學觀察和分子生物學鑒定。提取菌株基因組 DNA,利用真菌通用引物 ITS1和 ITS4擴增菌株 rDNA ITS 區序列,測序後在數據庫中進行比對分析,併利用軟件 MEGA5構建菌株分子繫統髮育樹。結果錶明:香菇栽培到儲藏過程中主要汙染真菌有木黴屬(Trichoderma)、麯黴屬(Aspergillus)、附毬菌屬(Epicoccum)、鐮孢屬(Fusarium)、青黴屬(Penicillium)和節蔆孢屬(Arthrinium)等。

Symbiotic fungus from fruit body and substrate of Lentinula edodes in and around Shanghai were separated for morphological observation and molecular identification.By determining the sequence of a ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS),and comparing with corresponding sequences deposited in NCBI based on the closest match of BLAST analysis,the strains molecular phylogenetic tree was built using MEGA5.The re-sults showed that the main fungus contaminated during the process of cultivation to storage were Arthrinium,Epic-occum,Fusarium,Penicillium,Trichoderma and Aspergillus.
