测定了10%苄嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂对固氮鱼腥藻的生长效应以及光合色素的影响,探究其生态毒性。结果表明:低质量浓度处理下(<0.1 mg/L),苄嘧磺隆刺激固氮鱼腥藻的生长,使其干重和细胞数呈现稳步增长趋势,对光合色素含量影响不显著。高质量浓度苄嘧磺隆(1 mg/L 和10 mg/L)显著抑制固氮鱼腥藻的生长,对其生长速率、干重、细胞数及光合色素等产生明显的影响。
測定瞭10%芐嘧磺隆可濕性粉劑對固氮魚腥藻的生長效應以及光閤色素的影響,探究其生態毒性。結果錶明:低質量濃度處理下(<0.1 mg/L),芐嘧磺隆刺激固氮魚腥藻的生長,使其榦重和細胞數呈現穩步增長趨勢,對光閤色素含量影響不顯著。高質量濃度芐嘧磺隆(1 mg/L 和10 mg/L)顯著抑製固氮魚腥藻的生長,對其生長速率、榦重、細胞數及光閤色素等產生明顯的影響。
측정료10%변밀광륭가습성분제대고담어성조적생장효응이급광합색소적영향,탐구기생태독성。결과표명:저질량농도처리하(<0.1 mg/L),변밀광륭자격고담어성조적생장,사기간중화세포수정현은보증장추세,대광합색소함량영향불현저。고질량농도변밀광륭(1 mg/L 화10 mg/L)현저억제고담어성조적생장,대기생장속솔、간중、세포수급광합색소등산생명현적영향。
Effects of 10% bensulfuron methyl WP on the growth and photosynthetic pigment of Anabaena azotica were determined to explore its ecological toxicity.The results indicated that under low concentration (<0.1 mg/L),bensulfuron methyl could stimulate the growth of Anabaena azotica,the dry weight and cell num-ber showed a steady growth trend,but there was no significant effect on the content of photosynthetic pigment. High concentration of bensulfuron methyl (1 mg/L and 10 mg/L)inhibited the growth of Anabaena azotica signifi-cantly,and they had a clear effect on the growth rate,dry weight,cell number and photosynthetic pigment.
