深水软管及脐带缆滚筒驱动装置是一种应用于软管、脐带缆或其他柔性连续体水下铺设作业的海洋工程装备。通过分析软管或脐带缆铺设的主要作业过程及装备,明确了深水软管及脐带缆滚筒驱动装置的功能要求。设计了深水软管及脐带缆滚筒驱动装置的机械结构及液压驱动控制系统。利用负载模拟绞车和波浪模拟液压缸来分别模拟管缆的重力和铺管敷缆船的运动,搭建了陆地模拟试验系统。进行了初始铺设试验以及恒张力铺设试验,获得了系统的驱动力矩、铺设速度及铺设张力等数据,对样机设计结果及实际性能参数进行了验证。设计及试验结论可为进一步海试提供一定的参考。

The deep-sea flexible pipe and umbilical cable reel driving device are a kind of ocean engineering equip-ment which is suitable for underwater laying operation of flexible pipe, umbilical cable and other flexible continu-um.By means of analysis on the main operation process and equipment of flexible pipe and umbilical cable laying, the function requirement of deep-sea flexible pipe and umbilical cable reel driving device is confirmed.The me-chanical structure and hydraulic driving and control system of deep-sea flexible pipe and umbilical cable reel driv-ing device are designed.The load simulation winch and sea wave simulation hydraulic cylinder are introduced to re-present the gravity of pipe or cable and the motion of laying barge respectively, thus an onshore simulation testing system is established.Both initial laying test and constant tension laying test are performed, and the resulting data of driving torque, laying speed and tension of the system are acquired.The design result and practical performance of the prototype are proven.The design and test results can provide some kind of experience to future field test.
