为了评价密封结构泄漏率各因素的影响程度,在螺栓-法兰-垫片密封结构紧密度设计方法基础上,对比分析了几个对密封结构泄漏率影响较大的因素,其中垫片宽度、螺栓直径,工作温度、工作压力和螺栓预紧力对泄漏率影响显著。采用正交试验法分析了4个主要因素对泄漏率的影响程度,获得了各因素耦合作用下的最优化搭配。分析结果表明,垫片宽度和介质压力对密封结构泄漏率的影响最大。

In order to evaluate the influencing factors of sealing structure leakage, an analysis and comparison of the major influencing factors of sealing structure leakage is made based on the tightness analysis method of bolt-flange-gasket sealing structure.As a result, five significant factors are achieved, including the width of gasket, bolt diam-eter, operating temperature and pressure, and bolt preload.By analyzing the influence of four main factors on leak-age rate, the optimal collocation of the main factors is achieved by the orthogonal experiment method.The results show that the width of gasket and the medium pressure have obvious impact on the leakage.
