目的 探讨肝硬化患者应用综合护理的临床效果.方法 从我院2012年3月至2014年3月收治的肝硬化患者中选取64例为研究对象,经随机数字表法,分为观察组32例,对照组32例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理,观察两组患者护理满意情况.结果 观察组患者满意率为93.75%,同对照组81.25%比较,明显较高(P<0.05),有显著性差异.结论 对于肝硬化患者,实施综合护理干预,能有效改善其生活质量,提高满意度,具有较好临床效果,值得推广.

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods:From our hospital in 2012 March to 2014 March were selected from 64 cases of liver cirrhosis patients as the research object, the random number table method, divided into the observation group of 32 cases, 32 cases in the control group, the control group received routine nursing care, observation group comprehensive nursing, observe two groups of patients nursing satisfaction.Re-sults: The observation group satisfaction rate was 93.75%, compared with 81.25% in the control group, was significantly higher (P<0.05), there was significant difference.Conclusion:For patients with cirrhosis, the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention, can effectively improve the quality of life, improve satisfaction, has good clinical effect, worthy of promotion.
