目的 研究颅脑损伤患者运用高压氧治疗的临床效果以及护理措施.方法 我院选择2012年9月~2014年9月间诊治的160例颅脑损伤的患者,将其均分为两组,对照组的80例患者实施常规的治疗方法,观察组的80例患者在上述治疗的基础上进行高压氧治疗,以及特殊的护理干预措施,比较两组患者的临床效果以及高压氧治疗过程中的护理操作.结果 通过对两组患者进行比较,观察组患者治疗的有效率为92.5%,对照组为60.0%;观察组明显比对照组高,两组患者差异显著,有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 颅脑损伤患者运用高压氧治疗的临床效果显著,在加上良好的护理措施.

목적 연구로뇌손상환자운용고압양치료적림상효과이급호리조시.방법 아원선택2012년9월~2014년9월간진치적160례로뇌손상적환자,장기균분위량조,대조조적80례환자실시상규적치료방법,관찰조적80례환자재상술치료적기출상진행고압양치료,이급특수적호리간예조시,비교량조환자적림상효과이급고압양치료과정중적호리조작.결과 통과대량조환자진행비교,관찰조환자치료적유효솔위92.5%,대조조위60.0%;관찰조명현비대조조고,량조환자차이현저,유통계학의의(P < 0.05).결론 로뇌손상환자운용고압양치료적림상효과현저,재가상량호적호리조시.
Objective To study the clinical efect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with craniocerebral injury and nursing measures.Methods 160 patients with craniocerebral injury who were treated in September 2012~2014 September, were selected,divide it into two groups, control group of 80 patients with conventional treatment, the observation group of 80 patients on the basis of the above treatment for hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and special nursing intervention measures, the clinical efect of the two groups and the nursing operation during the treatment of hyperbaric oxygen were compared.Results By comparing the two groups of patients,the observation group of patients with the efective rate of 60%, the control group was 92.5%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the diference between the two groups were statisticaly significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical efect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with craniocerebral trauma is remarkable, iIn addition, good nursing measures.
