踝臂指数是检测下肢血管病变的一种无创的、定量的方法,踝部收缩压是踝臂指数测量的难点。该文基于对踝部微循环的特点和光电容积传感器的应用研究,针对传统检测方法主观性强、可操作性低和精确度低的缺陷,提出了一种应用光电容积传感器袖带测量踝部收缩压简便准确的测量方法。该系统用趾端的光电容积脉搏信号作为血流指示,监测气袖内压是否等于收缩压,最终达到测量踝部收缩压的目的。实验结果表明该系统无创无损、操作简便、检查迅速、易于掌握,适合在基层医院运用于门诊初筛、术后病例随访。
踝臂指數是檢測下肢血管病變的一種無創的、定量的方法,踝部收縮壓是踝臂指數測量的難點。該文基于對踝部微循環的特點和光電容積傳感器的應用研究,針對傳統檢測方法主觀性彊、可操作性低和精確度低的缺陷,提齣瞭一種應用光電容積傳感器袖帶測量踝部收縮壓簡便準確的測量方法。該繫統用趾耑的光電容積脈搏信號作為血流指示,鑑測氣袖內壓是否等于收縮壓,最終達到測量踝部收縮壓的目的。實驗結果錶明該繫統無創無損、操作簡便、檢查迅速、易于掌握,適閤在基層醫院運用于門診初篩、術後病例隨訪。

Ankle-brachial index is a noninvasive and quantitative method of detecting the crural vascular diseases. The difficulty of measuring the ankle-brachial index isthe measurements of the ankle systolic pressure.This paper applies ankle department microcirculation and the design of the volume photoelectric sensors, According to the traditional test method of strong subjectivity, low maneuverability and low accuracy of defects, presents the application of ptoelectronic osensors and the cuffs measuring the systolic blood pressure of the ankle. The system moitors whether the pneumatic cuff pressure is equivalent to the systolic pressure, using the pulse oximter signal as bloodsream indicator, and measures the ankle systolic pressure. The experimental result manifests that the system which is simple to manipulate, quick to inspect and easy to handle, causes no wound or damage. It can be applied in basic-level hospitals for preliminary screening of outpatient service and postoperative follow-up.
