针对单位对房改房已售房产账务调整的要求,对房改房建筑面积调整过程中出现的问题进行分析,通过计算机建模辅助完成面积调整,提出面积调整的思路与处理方式,加强固定资产管理,保障国有资产权益。

Aiming at the requirements of accounting adjustment of units of housing sold in the process of housing reform ,the problems arising from the adjustment of building area in housing reform are analyzed and the general idea and measures of adjusting building area are put forward with the aid of the computer modeling to complete the adjustment ,thereby strengthening the management of fixed assets and safeguarding the rights and interests of state‐ow ned assets .
