为探讨发酵豆粕替代鱼粉对育雏鸡的饲喂效果,将240只1日龄湘黄鸡,随机分为A、B、C、D组4个处理,分别饲喂含5%鱼粉、3.5%鱼粉+1.5%发酵豆粕、1.5%鱼粉+3.5%发酵豆粕、5%发酵豆粕的饲料,测定不同处理雏鸡的生产性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和经济效益,试验为期42 d。结果表明:发酵豆粕部分替代鱼粉可以提高育雏鸡的生产性能,C组增质量效果最佳,42日龄体质量可达333.14 g,B组和C组料肉比较低,分别为2.39和2.40,均显著低于A组和D组;发酵豆粕部分替代鱼粉可以提高育雏鸡的屠宰率和全净膛率,其中B组和C组较高,屠宰率分别为91.28%和90.39%,全净堂率分别为60.04%和60.16%,均显著高于A组,胸肌率D组最高为9.58%,显著高于A组和B组;发酵豆粕部分替代鱼粉可降低胸肌肌肉的滴水损失,滴水损失顺序为C组<B组<D组<A组;发酵豆粕部分替代鱼粉可提高育雏期的经济效益,其中以C组利润最高,为5.45元/只,比A组高0.49元/只。综合生产性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和经济效益,1.5%鱼粉+3.5%发酵豆粕为最佳添加量。

In order to study the effect of fermented soybean meal replacing fish meal on production per-formance,slaughter performance,meat quality and economic benefits of breeding chickens,in the experi-ment,240 Xianghuang chickens of 1 day age were randomly divided into 4 groups. Group A( fish meal:5%),group B(fish meal:3. 5%,fermented soybean meal:1. 5%),group C(fish meal:1. 5%,fermented soybean meal:3. 5%),group D(fermented soybean meal:5%). The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed that the fermented soybean meal partial substitution of fish meal could improve the daily weight of chick,and decrease the ratio of feed and meat. The best effect of weight gain was group C,which 42 days’weight up to 333. 14 g,and the ratio of feed and meat of group B and group C were lower,re-spectively 2. 39 and 2. 40,significantly lower than that of group A and group D(P<0. 05). The fermented soybean meal partial substitution of fish meal could improve slaughter rate and net chamber rate. The higher was group B and group C,which slaughter rate was respectively 91. 28% and 90. 39%,net cham-ber rate was respectively 60. 04% and 60. 16%,significantly higher than that of group A (P<0. 05). The highest chest rate was group D,which was 9. 58%,significantly higher than that of group A and group B(P<0. 05);the fermented soybean meal partial substitution of fish meal could reduce the pectoral mus-cle drip loss,which was group C<group B<group D<group A. The fermented soybean meal partial sub-stitution of fish meal could improve the economic benefits,the highest profit was group C,which was 5. 45 yuan per chicken,and it was higher than group A 0. 49 yuan per chicken. Therefore comprehensively con-sidering production,meat quality and economic benefits,the optimal adding amount is fish meal 1. 5%, fermented soybean meal 3 . 5%.
