对网格化管理模式的特点及高校实验室管理现状进行了分析，阐述了高校实施网格化管理的必要性，探讨了网格化管理在实验室管理中的运行机制及保障机制。以郑州航空工业管理学院管理工程实验中心为例，论证了在实验室管理中运用网格化管理模式的可行性，为高校实验室管理提供新的思路和模式。

Firstly ,this paper analyzes the characteristics of grid management and the status of laboratory in colleges and universities .Secondly ,the necessity of application of grid management in their laboratory and the implementation and guarantee mechanism for grid management of laboratory are discussed .Finally ,taking the Management Engineering Experiment Center of Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management as an example ,this paper proves the feasibility of application of grid management in the laboratory .Therefore , the proposed mode of grid management is new and effective for the laboratory management in colleges and universities .
