目的了解分析十二指肠球部溃疡患者应用铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑方案治疗的临床价值.方法纳入本院近年来收治十二指肠球部溃疡患者为本次研究对象,随机抽取80例并根据治疗方案差异将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者40例,方案为奥美拉唑治疗,观察组患者40例,在对照组治疗基础上联合铝碳酸镁.对比2组患者临床疗效与安全性.结果完成疗程后评估对比2组患者临床疗效,观察组患者总有效率92.5%,与对照组总有效率82.5%相对比两者存在统计学价值(P<0.05);2组患者治疗期间均无发生药物不良反应.结论对十二指肠球部溃疡患者采取铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑方案进行治疗不但临床疗效令人满意,且不会提高患者治疗过程中药物相关不良反应发生率,具备安全高效的优点,值得临床普及推广.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of the treatment of duodenal ulcer patients combined with omeprazole for hydrotalcite.Methods:In our hospital in recent years were duodenal ulcer patients as the research object, randomly select-ed 80 patients according to treatment differences will be divided into control group and observation group, 40 patients in control group patients, for omeprazole treatment, 40 patients in the observation group, on the basis of control group treatment combined with hydrotalcite.
