为了降低高校体育教学"多元评价"制度的管理成本和实施过程中成绩登统换算环节的差错率,在对"多元评价"管理制度深入了解之后,借助互联网络平台,采用面向对象的程序设计,利用PHP + Mysql搭建开发环境,借助Internet 平台以用户角色划分管理权限,实现了对体育成绩构成、权重参数设定管理,为体育教师、课外体育活动管理者等多用户、多角度进行学生体育成绩评价和依据权重系数对各项成绩指标进行换算、汇总、统计提供了可靠的网络应用程序,完成了一套适合衡水学院《大学体育》成绩多元评价的管理系统.

In order to reduce the management cost of multiple evaluation system in college physical education and reduce the error rate in score statistics, after we did a thorough and deep understanding of multiple evaluation management system, with the help of the Internet platform, we adopted the object-oriented programming, building a development environment by using PHP + Mysql. We defined the management authority based on user roles and realized the sports performance management and weight parameter setting. We provide a reliable web application program from multi-angle for multi-users, such as PE teachers and managers of extracurricular sports activities, to evaluate student sports performance and, on the basis of the weight coefficient, to convert, summarize and count each result. We have accomplished a multiple evaluation management system which is appropriate for PE teaching in Hengshui University.
