为了明确吡虫啉种衣剂对小麦的影响及其产生的生理机制,首先用沙培法研究了不同剂量吡虫啉对小麦种子萌发的影响,在此基础上,用纸培法研究了吡虫啉对小麦种子吸水性以及萌发相关酶活性的影响;同时研究了吡虫啉种衣剂对小麦幼苗生长和根系活力的影响。结果显示,吡虫啉种衣剂拌种后小麦出苗推迟,地下部分生长减慢。进一步的生理指标测定结果表明,吡虫啉种衣剂拌种降低了种子萌发过程中的吸水性、α-淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性,但幼苗根系活力却增加。吡虫啉种衣剂可能通过影响种子吸水性和萌发相关酶活性而推迟小麦种子萌发;吡虫啉对小麦幼苗生长的影响主要表现在地下部分,而植株可能通过提高根系活力来适应这种负影响。

In order to study the effect of imidacloprid seed coating agent on wheat and its physiological mechanism,the effect of different concentration of imidacloprid on wheat seed germination was firstly measured by sand cultivation. On this basis,the influences of imidacloprid on water absorption and activity of germination related enzymes of wheat seeds were determined through paper cultivation method. Be-sides, the influences of imidacloprid on seedlings growth and root activity were determined by sand culti-vation. Result showed that after imidacloprid coating,the seed emerging time was delayed,and the growth of underground part was reduced. Further results of physiological mechanism study showed that imidaclo-prid coating reduced the water absorption and activity of α-amylase and protease in the process of seed germination,however root activity was increased. This research indicated that the imidacloprid seed coa-ting agent delayed wheat seed germination by affecting water absorption and activity of enzymes related to germination;imidacloprid seed coating agent mainly affected the growth of the underground part of wheat, and by increasing the root activity seedlings adapted to the negative effects of imidacloprid on growth.
