目的 探讨四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染性消化性溃疡的治疗效果.方法 选择我院2013年5月至2014年8月收治的86例Hp感染性消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组43例,实施常规三联疗法治疗,观察组43例实施四联疗法治疗,对两组患者治疗后效果进行分析.结果 观察组治疗有效率为90.70%,对照组72.09%,观察组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Hp根除率为95.35%,显著较对照组76.74%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 Hp感染性消化性溃疡采取四联疗法治疗的效果显著,可提高Hp根除率,控制复发,减轻患者痛苦,值得推广.

Objective: To investigate the effects of bacillus: quadruple therapy for Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in pep-tic ulcer treatment.Methods:In our hospital in 2013 may to August 2014 from 86 cases of HP infection in peptic ulcer patients as the research object, randomly divided into for 43 cases in the control group, the conventional triple therapy in treatment, the observation group 43 cases of the implementation of quadruple therapy, the analysis on the effect after the treatment, the patients in the two groups.Results: In the observation group treatment effective rate was 90.70%, control group 72.09%, curative effect of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05); in the observation group, HP eradication rate was 95.35% and was smaller than that of the control group was 76.74%, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:HP infection peptic ulcer take significant effect of quadruple therapy can increase HP eradication rate, control the recurrence, to alleviate the suffering of patients, is worthy to be popularized.
