结合办学实践，紧扣独立学院应用型人才培养目标，从重视实践教学、加强师资队伍建设、探索应用型人才培养新途径3个角度就基于应用型人才培养的实践教学改革进行探讨，对我国以应用型人才为培养目标的本科高校实践教学改革有一定的启示和借鉴作用。

This paper is concerned about teaching practice and the goal of training applied talents in independent colleges closely .It analyzes and discusses the importance of experimental teaching ,from the following three angles:paying more attention to practical teaching ,strengthening the construction of teachers’ team ,and exploring the new ways of training applied talents .This paper also discusses the reform of experimental teaching based on the training of applied talents ,to draw lessons form and revelatory action with the application of talents for the teaching reform of experimental training objectives of undergraduate colleges and universities in China .
